Hello everybody,
after a long time of hesitance, I simply have to make my entry to Hotel Womb forum.
I don't really know what made me wait so long for my entrance to this brilliant forum. I have been a fan of the Church since early 90's (yep), and have grown into the music firmly.
I'm living in central part of Finland, and as a young adult I had the privilege to attend one of the Church -concerts. Around 1994-5 in Helsinki with only Steve and Marty playing. Ever since I've been looking for an opportunity to attend a Church concert, but so far I've been unlucky. The last European tour was an off-tour for me, because my wife gave birth to our twins around that time (very steve-esque, I know:)).
One of the facts that makes the Church really important for my being, is that I discovered singing because of Steve Kilbey. I found out very soon, I had a quite similar voice to Steve's, and that knowledge has guided my way in making songs and especially singing them.
I hope to give my share to the forum now and in the future.
Love,
Sami
