I just finished watching Men Who Stare At Goats for the second time in a week.
I think it's brilliant and prompts me to consider it a cult classic. I felt the same about Pineapple Express. With that in mind, name your five contemporary Cult Classic Films (Last Decade). In addition to the aforementioned, may I suggest...
The Life Acquatic with Steve Zissou, directed by Wes Anderson (or anything else by Wes Anderson)
Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, screenplay by post-post-post modern badass Charlie Kaufman
Children of Men, directed by by the only serious threat to the throne of Francis Ford Coppola, Alfonso Cuaron.
Those are my faves for the last decade.
Oh, and Pineapple Express is really good too. Its up there with Friday.
And while not from the last decade, To Live and Die in LA is best damn cop movie of any decade!
