I hadn't realized he'd grown a beard until that point. I said, "I like the beard!" and with a big, beatific grin and a twinkle in his eye, he stroked it and said "Yeah, it's happening, innit?" Marty's beard is happening and I vote it stays!

Scary as in while sitting on a stool during the show in Seattle, he looked like Charles Manson (as seen in videos when Manson played his guitar). To be fair Marty is lightyears better on the guitar but it was a scary look. My wife noticed it too. Why Charles Manson? He comes up as a great case study to use in my psychology class that always holds the class' interest.

Glow Worm Posts: 86 (06/28/2010 19:29) Maven Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	His head has gone through so many changes over the years, from something out of a New Romantic group with his exaggerated mullet, to somewhat resembling a narrow-faced David Gilmour and now this more 'sage' look. I suppose he should go with what kind of image he wishes to portray or what he feels is 'him'. The funny thing is, this is probably closest we've been to the look being in-sync with the music.
