I had this poll some time ago where I asked "where do you get your music"? From the whopping 15 votes 9 answered CD. Apparently the future of music is now even closer to the ultimate goal: streaming. Forget CD´s, MP3´s and the rest. Soon, or even now, all you get is a stream from a site and a selection of millions of songs right away without a need to store them on computer. No noodling with MP3´s or virus crap torrents. This streaming option received no votes last year but now it seems this is the way to go. I´m ready! I sampled some of these sites but I wasn´t quite happy with couple of them. I can´t wait the day when I can have all the shit at my finger tips immediately on demand. Paying 10 euro for a month is no problem if there is no ads. Apparently owning your stuff is so last week this week. I have been so wrong trying to stuff my hard drive full of MP3´s. Okay, streaming is not the future of hi-fi but this would be okay for bulk stuff.
Any experiences on streaming? Spotify? Deezer? Last.fm? Quality / Selection / CPU usage / ads - experiences? I need to be hipped up soon! Preferably about sites that are global. Pandora and some others are US only.
