"Progress on our new album has been held up due to the fact that I've been unable to find a suitable drummer for the songs. By suitable, I mean a chap who can do the job and not charge the earth. It seems that our troubles are now behind us due to the fact that Tim Powles, possibly our favourite drummer on Earth and certainly one of the nicest humans on the planet, will be visiting Blighty in the spring and has volunteered to come to our rescue. Oh Fortuna, bless his sacred sticks. " Great news! Not only that Noctorum will get TPs help but also begs the question why is TP coming to Blighty (England!) in the spring??? Church tour in the offing??? |

TP's now (or soon will be) worked on every other church man's solo/side project. Would be interesting to hear a reverse Refo-mation project, with MWP,
PK and TP someday. What those guys could come up with would surely be most entertaining. Hell, I'd pay good money just to hear MWP and PK do a project
together.

This is the kind of post that really makes me go, HUH? This reminds me of the time when John Fogarty was reported to have gone through over 100 drummers in an
attempt to find the right drummer for his new solo album!! Dude, you're John Fogarty, not Chick Correa!!! I could understand a new Genesis album being
delayed because of the absence of a decent drummer, but a Noctorum album? Just get on with it!!!

This MySpace blog add is from october 2 2009. I wonder what is the status of the album now? No tasters haven´t been put up in MySpace so New year release date
is probably out of the question.
------------------------------------ Friday, october 02, 2009 nearly there It's been a slow birth but our third album is nearly finished. Eleven tracks whittled down to ten, mixing will begin next week. We're still trying to come up with a title and artwork. But it feels great to be getting to this stage. We're very excited about mixing. The album should be available in the New Year but we'll put some taster tracks up soon.

i`m real excited about this, i reckon it`l be very good indeed, dont know why but i do, aah maybe coz they kinda always are, but i have got a paticular feeling
regarding this, dare is very confident its their best yet.

New (and recent!) update from myspace site:
Tuesday, January 26, 2010 mixing done Current mood: accomplished Category: Music Well, the mixing is now complete and I've sent a copy of all the songs to Marty, who's in Australia right now. Next we have to get it mastered and design the cover etc. We are hoping we have a label who will release it as a CD. I will be talking to Marty about putting some tasty snippets up on this site.
