when i first got into pop music, shoegazing was big. Me and my friends would hang out, gazing at our shoes, discussing the latest echo devices, in the night, we had flanged dreams. Soon after, it had disappeared in its own dark brooding maelstrom. It was really over when Lush released "Lovelife". The day shoegazer died. I'm pleased to see many many bands have taken it up again.
