After save very positive comments posted here, I ordered this and am listening to it for the first time as I type. My first impression is that I'm not that impressed. Smith as a vocalist is decent at best, the production is fair, and the songs just aren't hitting me. I mainly ordered this as SK, TP, and PK are on it, and with SK sharing co-writing on many tracks, I'm surprised the songs aren't better. A much better album IMO is Mae Moore's "Bohemia"--and this chick can sing, the songs are great, and Kilbey's bass and keyboards really shine. Perhaps I should give it some more time. Any other opinions on this?
