And what about that gorgeous ending? 2p Tear It All Away The line about people growing up and learning to drive being futile affected me so much that I still don't drive to this day. 1p Too Fast For You It was either this, Sisters or Trance Ending in the end. TFFY won for purely sentimental reasons.

"...my father's piano, dreams of the sun His fingers tingle, anticipation..." I had an old, old record player when I was younger, on which I'd play this. I think the record itself might have been warped, so there was a bit of an extra warble that fit in nicely with the actual music. This'll always be a classic for me.

Glow Worm Posts: 551 (11/03/2007 08:32) Glow Worm Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	3p- Tear It All Away... the classic early twin guitar attack and rope a dope bass are in full effect here... the older vocals leave a bit to be desired, but still, great lyrics and definitely one of the little psychedelic gems that hooked me in the first place... perfect solos!!! 2p- Life Speeds Up...lives forever in mind from a teenage surf film discovery of mine, the use of which SK dubbed "inappropriatesville"... i'd bet fiji water to goji berries that he's changed his tune on that declaration... i think the wave was Nias, the dream Indo right hander... tight little number with great changes,scorching MWP/PK interplay, and a rare organ appearence, and i'm not talking Jim Morrison type of organ appearance... and those bells!!! 1p- Trance Ending... syncs well with my LSD timeline, good times... sounds like a bedroom recording, which i love... have a seat at... www.myspace.com/thecorduroycouch

Life Speeds Up went down And Warm Spell and Tear It All Away came up.
