In the end I put the 9 original songs and all 7 other early period b-sides in to one big megamix, because I didn't know exactly what songs to drop and what to keep. Yeah, I know, I had to relisten some of these songs couple of times too! Rules are: - Copy/paste the match list - Delete the loser and leave the winner - Updates in mondays and thursdays (might change in some rounds) - The match lists of older rounds will be striked like this: For A Moment Were Strangers - Sisters. Do not vote those. For me on many days it's still 1982 and loads of these aren't on the Carrerre release so they don't sit together in my heart and mind - they belong to the british ep's you got in between The Blurred Crusade'and then some are b-sides I heard several years later or on a live tape. Sorry. (You also need a Tense, not tension). I don't have to listen to them a second time. They are THE backdrop to my youth. The most important songs I will ever hear. But enjoy the round.......... I listen to 100 songs a day, so I can't understand why it's so hard to listen 16, if you listen to music at least semi-actively. I'm not sure if it would make much difference if the list of songs was only the original 9. This has been viewed a lot but no votes. Maybe people are still listening like vitrack, who knows? If there is only me and 4 others, then it doesn't look like there is enough interest in OSAH. It's the last major album still unexplored in this format. I kinda knew there was not enough interest for it and that is why I saved it to last. ULTC was already losing steam. I know that there definitely isn't any interest to solo albums and Shriek soundtracks etc. Maybe I keep this still open and extend the round 1 to next monday or something. If there isn't enough votes, then this is cancelled. Still I know that the number of votes drop towards the end and it would be sad to continue, say, at round 12 with 5 votes. Faith Healer Snowfaller Posts: 529 (10/27/2011 02:17) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	I think the only other one that might be worth doing is Remote Luxury (or for Aus audiences Remote Luxury/Persia combined - I wouldn't bother including Sing Songs). Shame if it does run out of puff with the finish line in sight because I was thinking it might be fun to do a Champions' League - winner of each one and throw in "Grind" and anything else that tied for points but missed out on goal difference. But it's only worth it while there are 10 or so voting. Demarcation is pretty tricky with this one because for some audiences TFFY/TIAA/S/F/YGTG are simply not OSAH tracks in any sense but are from a later "double single" (which might as well be considered an EP). It's not even the same line-up and the material is quite different. It gets confused by three tracks from the double single getting subbed in for OSAH tracks for the outside-Aus release called "The Church" and then those and the other two eventually cropping up as bonus tracks on OSAH CDs. I don't think a record company calling something the same album makes it so. I don't have any problems with the megamix (OSAH + double single) concept though. Another alternative would be just have OSAH and one or two of its b-sides with a bye if including both. Was going to say "or just drop Busdriver" but it has two votes already! Thanks for all your work running these; they've been a lot of fun.

I really enjoyed them, and i was always really saddened whenever i missed the opportunity to vote! I didn't cast any votes for this album simply because i don't know it that well, and thought that making any votes based on a one-off quick listen would be, perhaps, a little unfair!
