Just in after the first show and I was not let down at all. Didn't get seated and danced the whole show and I am dog arsed tired. I don't know how those guys are doing it but I am super-thankful to see these shows. Highlights for me were the run of Angel St., Sunken Sun, Anchorage and Lunar which brought me to tears. The P=A songs seemed just a bit slower but I think it worked, Feel being updated works very very well. There was one major gaff by Steve on A New Season near the end, he missed or added a line and it threw the whole band off for a few seconds. But class act that he is he apologized to the band after the song, pure class. Couldn't help but yell out "it happens to the best of them!!". The crowd was just a bit rowdy with one *ickhead who kept yelling out during the quite bits, wtf dude?? Over all a great show, one for the books indeed. I even got a nice complement after the show from a couple who said they moved across the room to stand by me because I was so into it, couldn't help but wonder if my dancing got in anyone's view? Oh and Steve pointed out Jeffery Cain in the audience btw a song, nice gesture! Onto BB Kings; Kings at Kings? Oh hells ya!
