got the Deadman's Hand EP yesterday and I love it !

such a cool lot of extra tracks, along with my fave song of U23 (followed closely - and... well sometimes overtaken by - Angel St)

such a cool live set by the guys yesterday, too....

What you mean available? The lyrics are there but that´s it.

Tar Heel was asking for the lyrics for Stardust, that's what I was refering to. Seems like he's edited his post since then and removed his question.

Marty has two daughters, the rest must be Tims. I know he has several kids not sure of the genders though.

Oh well, I'm still glad I went for it. The 30th anniversary t-shirt is pretty cool, and the tour program is nicely done, with a writeup of each album (sans BOB, Refo:mation although this is understandable since it's not an official Church release, and AQSAS) by Marty. A question, though - on the back cover, where it gives the 30 year overview, it includes 10 daughters and 3 sons. I know Steve has 5 daughters and Peter has 2, so who has the other 3 daughters and 3 sons?

Heck, I decided to go for it and sent for the bundle pack at Second Motion! I wanted the 30th anniversary shirt, anyway, since I felt bad that I missed out on the 25th anniversary shirt a few years back. Ironically, this means I also have access to the digital download of it, but since I have dial-up, I probably won't bother.

Thanks for the tip. I had already read about that option somewhere, maybe in this thread. However, it seems they don't sell it anymore. Lots of Churchy stuff there, but no Deadman's Hand

Oh man, it's really been quite a while since the Deadman's Hand EP came out, and still it's only available bundled with a shirt and tour program? Or did I miss something? Really, it's perfectly ok that they offer that bundle for the fans who want it, but for some reason, I'm absolutely lost at this band T-Shirt thing. It simply doesn't mean anything to me (no offence meant here to any T-shirt lovers). So, I just want the CD. I want to hold it in my hands, open the case, put the shimmering disc into my immemorial CD player and enjoy the music whist staring at the CD cover. I mean, it's a win-win situation, as some people say today, isn't it: I get the CD, they get my €; they make the music and I can love it. I really makes me sad now when I see that little gap next to the Operetta and Pangaea EP on my CD shelf... sob...

To add to the off-topic t-shirt thing, Church t-shirts are increasingly dominating my t-shirt collection as the various goth-band type t-shirts (Suspiria, Rosetta Stone, Sisters, Nephilim etc) I had from several years ago die out and others cannot be found to replace them because those bands are no longer issuing easily obtainable t-shirts. I have about five Church t-shirts that are still in something vaguely approaching wearable condition (though at least one of those is rather too small for me but I wear it anyway) and another three or four that are more or less dead. I still have the first Church t-shirt I ever had, the Jokes Magic + Souvenirs cover t, that I used to wear rather too often and that eventually became more holes than shirt.

CD and tour booklet arrived as a nice surprise in the mail yesterday. I’d ordered it from Heyday about 5 weeks ago and soon after got an email saying sorry, we can’t fulfil and your card hasn’t been charged. I mustn’t have comprehended the finer details and wasn’t expecting them to send it once they had stock. I enjoyed poring over the booklet on the train this morning and I’ll be sure to have a good listen over the weekend.

The Church is the rock band I have the most t-shirts of (Starfish, P=A, ULTC, Beside Yourself, "Snake Image", 2009 North American Tour, and the Unorthodox Records 6 album/EP covers), 7 all together. This ties with ambient artist Steve Roach, of whom I also have 7 t-shirts. Pretty much any other musician I have a t-shirt of, it's only 1 each. But it's funny when I wear any of my Church t-shirts, because I inevitably get the person who asks me if they're a Christian rock band! (*LOL* Once, when I was wearing the 6 album covers shirt, of which one is the Pangaea EP, a guy started telling me how he and his friends were discussing Pangaea and I assumed he meant the song - but they were literally discussing Pangaea, the landmass!)

Anyway, looking forward to the Deadman's Hand EP!
