Here is night and lights again...because that is what I have. It´s all Night of Light to me bit of Nightflower and The Moon and The Stars thrown in too. Time for little christmas. Time when overworked office rats (who still have a job that wasn´t given to chinese) have pre-christmas celebrations. They hang in nightclubs and then walk around drunk until they find a taxi at the end of a mile long cue. Electric blue is the right colour to set their mood it seems.

by the way, chrome, I must concur with stefan. Your photo is stunning! great colors (and bleeding, too!), great time (night), great weather (rain!), great angle, great reflection. damn.
fando, very well done. it's these photos of our children that their children will cherish much later.

I love to shoot flowers, and i've never really shot any roses before, so...
I like this because i've barely touched it.
it is what it is.

No, I can view them just fine from my 22 inch monitor with 1650 x 1050 pixels.

Would you like me to resize them (unless Yuku has changed the code for resizing... I used to change them when it was ezboard, then I got computers with widescreen monitors).

Night of Light.
I just had to try something colourful on dark background and enjoy the BLACK!

Hmm, judging by the size of some pics here, it seems the screen sizes have gone seriously big in the last couple of years.

I can´t help it when I look at that Sedona-pic to see it as Radiator Springs from the movie Cars. Peach Springs was the real inspiration for the place. I guess those places are near each other in Arizona. Still after 3 years this movie was released there is a huge amount of toys and books about Cars coming out all the time and my kids simply love it!

After the storm the next day is shiny white and beautiful.

Hanani - Just outside of town on the road up to the airport (airport drive) there is a lookout that I took this picture from. There are lots of scenic lookouts all over town....won't go back on a weekend though as it's a bit too touristy.

I gotta say I love that photo --just asking, were in you the air, or is it somewhere that I could access were I to go to Sedona? I've been longing to head West, and I am wondering how accesible these sites are in AZ and NM... and chrome, I totally love your picture - it tells a story and of course offers a cool contrast.

一期一会 = ichigo ichie = once in a lifetime. Ichiro Suzuki, the baseball player, once claimed that every pitch he sees is different. There are different circumstances, different moods, different kinds of pressure. it's not that everything is a great opportunity ("a once in a lifetime event!"), it's that every event is unique. Thus, 一期一会.

The photo below is from the same day (not that I would call it a session) as the van gogh image.
I like this much better, actually. The tree in the back of this photo is the same one above, at a different angle, of course.
