Most of you who are interested already know about my work and the new material I've been releasing lately through my website. I have been plugging away quietly at my music and writing for a few years now but I'm particularly pleased with the album that's in the pipeline. I'm looking at a late July/early August release at this stage. I can't say it's particularly "Church-y", but there are some shared sensibilities. For those of you in the UK, this is my "England" album, having returned to live here in recent years following a childhood in New Zealand, (mis-spent) youth in Australia and even a little stint in Texas. The England I knew as a child and the England I see before me now are strangely coexistent in my conscious awareness of the everyday, and this record is kind of about that. Deep. Deep without a meaning...(?)
